If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 10 days prior to your delivery date without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 10 days before the date of the planned delivery of the microgreens.

If already charged, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the order cancelation notice. We will use the same means of repayment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

We do not accept returns as a precaution due to Covid 19. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please email or contact us, inform us of the problem, and we will do our best to rectify the problem to your satisfaction.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mymicrogreensfarm.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
